The Casa da Boa Fonte is a unit of the north-east Portuguese traditional architectural style of the early 20th century, constituted of two bodies: the original House and the old Granary, now adapted the habitation.
The investment in the reconstruction and remodeling of the "Casa da Boa Fonte", integrating the requalification of the constructed spaces and treatment of the exterior spaces, had aimed at to provide offer tourist of lodging. The concreteness of this project, seated in a concern to almost integrally recover the set constructed in its esthetic/formal components, rehabilitating simultaneously and, in the possible measure do, the traditional constructive technologies.
Four of the Bedrooms are equipped with 1 Double Bed and the other room with 2 Beds (Twin Room). An extra bed can be installed in one of the rooms. All the Rooms are served by privative Toilet & Bath. The Rooms have Central Heating, Television, Telephone and wireless Internet.
The Living Room is placed in the first floor. It makes use of a space for Meals, contiguous to a rest area, reading, leisure and TV. In the same floor it is located the Kitchen. From the Living Room we can access the Terrace, also used as exterior space for meal and leisure, that allows to support the Swimming Pool located in a superior platform to the one of the implantation of the Houses.
