ABOUT VILLA Lamosa
Villa Lamosa is a 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom detatched villa with a large private pool and hot tub. A southerly aspect garden, ensuring sun on the pool all day.
Downstairs
Living/dining room with 42inch flat screen tv - full satallite tv with 150 channels.
Glazed sun terrace which can be opened or closed in depending on the weather.
Bathroom (toilet and wash basin).
Extended kitchen with granite work surfaces - cooker, microwave, tall fridge etc.. Air conditioning in the living area.
Upstairs - 3 bedrooms
Master bedroom is onsuite with shower/bath/heated towel rail and king bed.
2nd bedroom can be done as 2 singles or as a super king.
3rd bedroom is 2 singles.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fan lighting.
Main bathroom upstairs has toilet and shower/bath with heated towel rail.
Outside areas:
Back of the house is South facing; sun all day!
Private garden with 2m high hedge
Upstairs solarium/terrace is also south facing
Swimming pool is 6.5m long x 3m wide
Hot tub is 6 person tub with built in cd player and lights
