Caleta De Fuste is a lovely little town with great beaches, marina, shops, bars, and gorgeous restaurants all within 5 Min's walk of our apartment. The Airport is only a 10 minute drive away and we can give you details of airport tranfers that will pick you up and collect you for your return trip for a cost of €14 each way , he is very reliable, alternativly you can get a taxi just outside the Airport there are plenty of them, or if you are hiring a car we can supply you with directions and parking is available at the front and rear f the complex . This apartment is family owned and is home from home. It is on two levels the ground floor benefiting from an outdoor patio area with table and chairs ideal for eating out or just to sit and read. French doors lead into an open plan living area which includes satalite TV and DVD/CD player there are some DVDs which you are welcome to use and of course you may bring some of your own. Living area also has a large L shaped sofa that coverts to a very comfy sofabed ,large ceiling fans plus a floor fan that can be moved for your added comfort, there is also a second WC on this level. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you may need,including microwave, toaster, minioven/grill. There is a separate utility room which houses washing machine plus iron and ironing board.
Upstairs is a gorgeous bright spacious double bedroom which has large fitted wardrobes hairdryer and hangers provided also. There are two single beds that can easly be converted to a double bed or as two free standing beds ceiling and free standing fans are provided on this floor also. Double doors lead to a private balcony equipped with sun loungers and padded cushions plus table and chairs. The main bathroom with shower over bath is located on this floor. Towels are provided as is a mid-stay laundry change free of charge with booking of two weeks or more, extra laundry and cleaning is available should you requre & local charges will apply . Beach towels are not provided. We do not take a security deposit but kindly ask that guests inform our management of any breakages that occur so that we have time to replace them before the next guests arrive. The complex is well maintained and very central to all ameneties it also offers guests a library facility with a large variety of books and D V D s for hire to save you valuable luggage space. ( Pleas Note that our complex pool has just has a total refurbishment and also has a lovely new kiddies pool) with safety fence installed there is a large sun terrace with ample sunloungers that gets all day sunshine even to late afternoon . We also have a travel cot that you are welcome to use if you need to free of charge but we ask that you supply your own bedding for this .
For added security the main complex doors are also locked overnight , with only guests permitted to have keys .
You also have internet access and credit can be bought localy .
As this is a peivate home , please note we do not have hotel facilities, such as reception,or lifeguard ,for your safety and cofort children must be supervised by an adult at all times both inside and outside the apartment . We do not accept any liability for any damage,loss or injury to you or any of your party .
All guests must adhere to the comlpex rules dispalyed both in reception and the apartemnt.

Rental Notes
Price is based on two adults sharing . €20 euro extra for each other person per week , children under 2 free, we have a cot that you are welcome to use free of charge but you will need to bring your own bedding for the cot . A deposit of €50 for each week booked will be required at time of booking along with a signed booking form which we will send to you .
