The fully alarmed spacious 3,300 sq.ft. villa, located in the small Vistapark Resort, can comfortably accommodate families vacationing together, or simply those who enjoy space and a little luxury!! With its own on-site management office/Reception Centre and security there is always someone available for check in/out and assistance should it be needed, whatever the time of day and from which housekeeping staff provide a high service.
It is the perfect location from which to visit all the major theme parks and tourist attractions. Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM are just 15 minutes away by car. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are approximately 20 minutes by car.
The villa is furnished and maintained to a high standard. It has 2 master ensuite bedrooms, each with walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. There are 2 further junior ensuites and 2 twin bedded rooms.
Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with corian worktops, American style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher.There is a breakfast nook, as well as a more formal dining room. A comfortable family room with TV and DVD player is the perfect place to relax after the hustle and bustle of the theme parks or, alternatively, relax in the peaceful living room with a good book, or some music.
You will also find a downstairs bathroom and shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside is a fully screened pool/spa partially surrounded by orange trees for privacy. The brick paved pool deck and covered lanai are furnished with an electric grill/bbq and table and chairs for outdoor entertaining. There are sun loungers for relaxing by the pool and perfecting that Florida tan.
There is a TV in the family room and all the bedrooms, together with Xbox console and games, DVD players and hi-fi. Free Wireless internet is available should you wish to bring your laptop.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided free of charge, as well as 2 bathrobes in each Master Bedroom and there are complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms.
A crib/bedding and high chair are provided FREE OF CHARGE. Additional crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
