A fantastic 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that has been tastefully furnished and fitted out to ensure you enjoy your stay. English television channels are available and fans are supplied to keep you cool in the summer and there are also heaters for the winter period.
This apartment is spacious and very well designed to include a large front garden complete with stone built barbeque and a small balcony to the rear overlooking the landscaped communal areas and there is also a fantastic communal swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Only 300 Meters from the famous La Zenia beach this has to be the first choice for anyone who likes to be close to the beach on their holidays.
The Apartment is less than five minute walk from the beach. The largest bay has all the facilities, beach bar, toilets, banana boat and pedalos. The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket.
La Zenia stretches from the blue flag beach back towards Villa Martin Golf Course and is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca there are 2 other golf courses within 15-20mins.
The apartment has a very sunny balcony but if you would like some shade our front garden is a very cool place to relax in but also catches the morning sun and is ideal for evening BBQ'S.
There is night time entertainment at the Hotel La Zenia which is 5 minutes walk. On Saturday mornings there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is within walking distance, about 20 minutes, but 5 minutes by car. There is a market at Guadamar on a Wednesday Morning which is about 20 minutes drive where there is a nice town and Beach.

Activities within a short drive include sailing, water-skiing, fishing, boat hire, golf, a gymnasium, scuba diving, street markets, hypermarkets, shopping malls and an aqua park. The nearby resort of Torrevieja has a fashionable marina, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and safe bathing and diving areas.
Less than 45 minutes drive away
The historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena are worth a visit. La Manga is renown for its world championship golf-course. The Mar Menor is a warm inland sea famed for its spa treatments and safe beaches with calm and shallow waters.
