Our beautiful fully equipped house is situated in the delightful Spanish town of Los Alcazares. The entrance to the property overlooks the large swimming pool and well kept gardens. It has a spacious sun terrace at the front equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The lounge area has TV, DVD, English TV channels, selection of DVD's, CD's, books and games for your use. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials for your stay including picnic set and cold bag. There is a downstairs bedroom with twin beds and a downstairs shower/toilet. Upstairs on the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms one double and a twin, both with balconies. There is a large bathroom with a large corner bath and toilet. On the third floor there is a large sun terrace overlooking the surrounding area which is equipped with sun loungers and pull-over shade.
A short walk on flat ground will find you on the shores of the Mar Menor. With a sea temperature of 5 degrees above the Mediterranean its shallow waters and no tide make it ideal for swimming and a wide array of water sports. Los Alcazares alone has seven kilometers of coastline divided into seven beaches, four of these gaining the Blue Flag for quality. All beaches are connected by a magnificent promenade dotted with bars and cafes.
A three minute walk from the house will bring you to restaurants serving local and international cuisine, supermarket, banks and shops.
There are several excellent golf courses within a short drive, one of these being the famous La Manga Club.
Car hire is cheap, but if you prefer to use local transport there is a bus service that will take you into the cities of Murcia and Cartegena.
