Description

Casa Buena Vista is a beautifully restored country villa set in 2 acres of private land.
The villa sits on a peaceful hillside only 45 minutes from Malaga airport, and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside to the sea in the distance.
The villa gets all day sunshine as it has terraces all around the property, including 2 small terraces next to the private pool. The pool is 8m x 5 m.
Inside there is a large farmhouse style kitchen with all mod cons. This leads to an 'L' shape living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, CD player, DVD, woodburner etc.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 2 twins, and one double+single (and also a cot). Upstairs there is the master bedroom with ensuite, king size bed, lounge area, and private balcony.
Outside there are mature gardens and rural land all around, including olives, oranges, lemons, peaches etc. There are no neighbours except a few small whitewashed houses dotted around the countryside. The roads leading to the house are all sealed roads, and the road leading to the villa is a no through road so there is virtually no traffic except the odd tractor. There are rought iron gates from this road that lead to the private driveway upto the villa itself.
There is a large private parking area, and also a garage (if required).
