Butterfly Palms is situated in an ideal location for visiting all the theme parks, being approx 20 mins drive from all Disney attractions and approx 30 mins from Universal and Sea World. It is also about an hour and a half's drive from the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Sleeping six the accomodation comprises of, Master Bedroom with bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers plus a walk in closet, the en-suite bathroom featuring corner bath, double size shower, toilet and his/hers vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with bedside cabinets and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, two chest's of drawers and a walk in closet. Bathroom 2 serves bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a bath with shower a toilet and a wash basin. A comfortable lounge features two sofas, a television, with dvd and vcr and an occasional table. There is a large kitchen / dining room with utility area. Home amenities include : Dishwasher, Washer,Drier, Fridge/Freezer, Full size cooker, Microwave, Toaster, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing board, All Towels and Bed Linen. A cot and high chair are available for our younger guest's. To the rear of the property is a screened Lanai, which contains a patio set and the Hot Tub (available upon request only). At the front of the property is a driveway and carport. Within a short walk of our home is the heated (seasonal) swimming pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, childrens play area, clubhouse with pool table & table tennis.
