Our home was bought brand new in 2006. It was chosen by us for a combination of factors - primarily proximity to the beach and airport, therby allowing its use without the need for car hire and short transfers to and from the airport.
The "town house" style is very versatile offering fantastic family accomodation in a really great location. The interior is tastefully decorated with all the home comforts including high quality lounge furniture and a "memory foam" double bed in the master bedroom.
The house has a good quality LCD TV connected to a local cable provider with most of the UK "Freeeview" channels available. We alos have a free broadband WI-Fi router in the house for you to use with your personal laptop, i-Pad or smartphone to save a trip to the internet cafe
So why choose our house over similar properties ?
It is in one of the best locations in Monte Y Mar - the attractive garden is enhanced by tastefull planting including orange and lemon trees. The garden is one fo the largest available for this type of property and as such offers enough space for all the party to enjoy sunbathing and alfresco dining.
The house is unoverlooked (frontline) and its South facing aspect keeps the house warm in winter and offers the potential of day long sun onto the front garden - regardless of the time of year you visit.
The house is equipped with full airconditioning throughout, which can be switched to a heat mode in winter if needed.
The kitchen is well equipped with all of the white goods you would expect to find in your own home and affords the guest the ability to really "self cater" if you choose not to eat out at the many available establishments in Gran Alacant.
This design of house has a large, private roof solarium, which is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing and is also equipped with a roof shower for the really hot days.
The large communal pool is less than 150 metres from the house and is open all year round with access via a electronic key fob which ensures privacy and protects the area from unauthorised guests
To save the hassle of finding baby equipment hire companies we have purchase (new) in 2010 a high chair and cot for families with a young child. This is available to rent for a small fee (less than all hire companies)
