The Villa annex is attached to the main Villa and benefits from its own self contained facility and access. The main villa is not rented out. The patio and pool area are for the private use of our guests. It is situated in an area of open countryside with Carob orchards and commands outstanding views to Paphos town and the surrounding coastline. This is a quiet location for those seeking a peaceful retreat with great walks in the surrounding hills and local picturesque villages.
The village of Armou benefits from a Taverna and Kafenon (local coffee shop) with a local bus down to Paphos from the main square.
Paphos town is only10 mins away by car or local bus service, with great sandy beaches together with numerous bars, restaurants and nightlife.
The Villa is in an area of open countryside with views down to Paphos town and the coastline. We have a large private swimming pool 10m x 5m which is for the sole use of guests and benefits from solar heating to enable swimming from April to October/ November.
Facilities include 1 double bedroom with separate Lounge,
kitchenette including crockery, (microwave/oven/grill), fridge and Toilet / Shower Room. Ceiling fans, Central Heating (winter), Satellite TV , Garden and Private Swimming pool . Starter pack also provided. A sofa bed is available in the lounge area . Air conditioning is available on request for a small additional fee per week.

The prices are based on a couple sharing. Additional cost for extra persons is charged at £70 per person per week.
