This fantastic villa is in a ideal position, on a quiet complex, down a private gated walkway. Within walking distance to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants (suitable for all tastes!) There are two large communal pools (less than 2 min walk from house!) on the complex with large areas to sunbathe and baby pools. Villa Martin and its golf courses are a 10 minute drive away.
There are 2 twin bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, which includes a sofabed. There are two fabulous outside dining areas. Accommodating 6 on the ground floor patio and also accommodating 6 on the roof terrace which has a built in BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. We have also provided sunloungers on the roof to catch all of that sun!
Leading from the ground floor terrace is a Jaccuzi for your relaxation and enjoyment. All of this ground floor terrace is secluded and private, as we have Cypress hedging that surrounds the property.
The property also benefits from an airconditioning unit, which also heats for those colder months.
We have awninings to all windows to keep the house cool and mosquitto blinds. There are security grills on all windows & door.
Maid service between lets and airport collection if required.
Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within comfortable walking distance. To enjoy more of Spain we recommend you hire a car, however there is a local bus service only a 10 min walk way, so the choice is yours!
We are also very flexible out of season, you do not have to book Saturday to Saturday and we can offer long weekends, please ask!
Approx 40 mins from Alicante Airport - 25 mins Murcia
