Our villa is in a quiet location of Calpe, a perfect place for exploring the Costa Blanc area.
The villa has a bright American style kitchen and living room and dining area. Three large bedrooms, 1 double with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedded rooms and seperate bathroom with shower over bath. The rooms are spacious and furnished with typical spanish funiture. A large 11.5mX4.5m private pool is set in a terraced area with an impressive built BBQ area, enjoying the sun from early morning until the sun sets over the mountains at night. There are 6 sun beds by the pool and a table and chairs for alfresco dining by the bbq under a natural heather roofed gazebo. The property also has a safe.
The whole property is in private mature gardens with palm trees, fruit and olive trees, cactus and flowering shrubs all enclosed by a wall and locked gates. It also has its own private driveway. There is a small, hard based court in the garden suitable for badminton or soft ball games. The accommodation is on the ground floor so you can walk out of the villa straight on to the terrace area. The top half of the villa is the owners private accommodation and will not be used while the villa is rented.
Calpe is famous for its miles of sandy blue flag beaches, which are divided by a towering Peñon de Ifach rock, which dominates the coastline, now a national park and you can walk to the summit along the pathway tunnelled through solid rock. On one side you have a picturesque fishing harbour, which is famous for its fantastic choice of restaurants, glass bottom boat trips, wind surfing and Jet Ski. A promenade along the beach to the resort centre will bring you to find an array of bars, small restaurants, and shops, bustling with people during the summer evenings. There are a number of historic buildings for you to discover within the narrow streets of the old town. (All just 5 mins drive) With Benidorms attraction only 30 mins drive away you have the best location for your holiday.
Notes to the rental rates
A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. The balance plus £200 security deposit is to be paid 2 months prior to departure. There is a 7-day minimum rental. Saturday to Saturday is preferred. Occupation is from 15.00 hr on day of arrival to 10.00 hr on day of departure. Linen and towels are included but please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.
Although we do not prohibit smokers it is preferrable that you do not smoke in the Villa. Please note that the small hard based court suitable for badminton and soft ball games and is not a full size court.
