Ideal for family's with pushchairs, or wheel chairs. 2 bathrooms, large kitchen area, Lani with table and chairs. 1 large master bedroom with huge King size bed and ensuite and dressing area with double wardrobes plenty of storage space and TV with cable. Double bedroom as double bed, double wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and bed side table, cable TV & 2 windows to front. Twin Bedroom has 2 single beds with double wardrobe and bedside cabinet & 2 windows to front. Family Bathroom with bath with over head shower. Vanity area with under sink cupboards and large spot light mirror. Closet with towels.
Lounge area has 2 sofa's one of which is a sofa bed sleeps 2 people. Coffee table, tables with lamps, cable TV, DVD and playstation 2 with games. Dining area with large table & chairs seats 6/8 people. Kitchen has a bistro breakfast table for 2, breakfast bar, dishwasher, micro wave, oven & hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils. Utility area with washing machine & tumble dryer. Patio doors in the lounge lead on to the Lani which has outside light and table & chairs. Lani has a mosquito hard net door which leads out to a communal gardens. Club house near the entrance of the complex has internet room, lounge area, fitness room & small cinema. Patio doors in the Club House lead out to the pool area and hot tub. There are plenty of table & chairs. Next to the pool is a tennis court and basket ball court. Security guards are on hand 24 hours a day. There is a code for the front gate. There are plenty of parking spaces. Disney is 10 mins by car. US 192 is right on your doorstep. Central to everything.
