It is a large 3 bedroom new house. The downstairs is open-plan, with a large lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, rangecooker, microwave, washing machine, amercain fridge/freezer. Upstairs there are 3 goodsize bedrooms, a large bathroom/wetroom. Outside there is a large garden with childrens swings and goalpost.
The house itself is in the village of Plouezec, near to Paimpol. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the village which boasts restaurants, 2 bars, pharmacy, bakers, butchers, 2 supermarkets etc. The nearest beach is 3 minutes by car and has a selection of restaurants and bars. There are plenty of cliff top walks and pretty areas to explore either on foot or bike.
Within easy driving distance there are a number of towns and pretty villages with things to do.
At the back of the house is our field which is fenced off seperately from the garden but it has our 2 kune kune pigs, Clarrisa and Hattie, 7 ouessant sheep and 3 chickens. We are quite happy to offer a discount if you are willing to feed and water the above animals once a day. They are all friendly and uses to people.
It is a lovely place to come on holiday. We have lived here for 5 years and it is ideal for couples and children.
