Sweetwater Bay, Tatlisu is a new development, completed in 2009, located on the north coast of North Cyprus, east of town of Kyrenia.
Sweetwater Bay is located on the new coast road, which passes approximately half a mile south of the development, allowing easy access.
Sweetwater Bay is the award winning resort, nominated as the BEST DEVELOPMENT among all of north Cyprus properties, winning the Platinum award of the category, as well as a the Platinum Awards for both SEA FRONT DEVELOPMENT and LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT categories.
