Welcome to Villa Casa Pavo Real, it is located above La Herradura bay on San Nicholas, with fabulous views over the bay. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre and the beach with its plentful supply of chiringuitos, restaurants, tapas bars and small shops.
This luxury villa comprises 3 bedrooms; 1 king sized with TV/video and en suite bathroom and 2 twin with a separate bathroom. It has a large lounge/dining room and a well equipped kitchen and utility room with hob/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Lounge and main bedroom has air-conditioning. There are 2 terraces, a heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, table and chairs. There is a gas and charcoal barbecue and a walled garden which receives sun all day. Enjoy sipping cocktails and eating Al fresco watching the sun setting over the bay. A music centre, extensive book library,
video recorder,DVD and Free to View TV system are also included. The villa sleeps a maximum of 7 people (a folding bed is available for the seventh on request). A cot is also provided for any babies. No pets are allowed.

5 minutes walk into La Herradura, the principal tourist town (though very Spanish in feel and unspoilt) on a part of the southern coast of Andalucia, known as the Costa Tropical, in the province of Granada.
The Costa Tropical runs from Nerja to Motril and is characterised by rugged cliffs falling to the sea and a sub-tropical climate making it an all year resort with an average of 18C in the winter and 28C in the summer. The area is the most beautiful and sunniest in Spain.
It is ideally located being only 1 hour from Granada and the Alhambra and the ski-ing resorts of the Sierra Nevada.
Charter 45" Yacht Optomist for full day, half day or sunset cruises. Day trips can be organised around the coast with a champagne reception, photo stop at a remote beach for snorkelling and refreshments.
Above'n'Below offer excellent watersports including jet-skiing, ringo rides and scuba diving to name a few.
There are many tennis courts where visitors can play. These can be booked in advance and are inexpensive.
Three golf courses are within easy reach of La Herradura. These are not championship courses but are located in beautiful surroundings and are substantially cheaper than some of the more prestigious courses around Marbella. A typical example is Campo De Golf at Salobrena. This is a 15 minute drive and is located on the beach. The club house, restaurant and bar are all newly built. The course is 2 x 9 holes . The green fees are approx 22 Euros (£12.50).
For the family who would like to play a couple of rounds of golf while on holiday this is highly recommended.
