Villa Andaluz is a luxury villa with heated pool, built and furnished to a high specification, and extends over 3 floors that provide a huge amount of space of 450 square metres. This includes a grand marbled entrance hall, large fully-fitted family kitchen, large living room and spacious family room on the ground floor. The top floor, Penthouse suite with access by means of an internal staircase, has a lounge, as well as a private terrace and is the largest bedroom in the villa. There are a further 3 double bedrooms (2 with twin beds), an additional sleeping area for 2 guests, 2 further sumptuous bathrooms (1 is en-suite), cloakroom, utility room and a kitchenette/dining area on the ground floor 10 while, adjacent is the external loggia, that can seat 14.To find us on the facebook page (just type Villa Andaluz into the facebook search box at the top of your page). Rental Notes
The tariff here are for 6 people and there are rates for groups of up to 8 people and also for families of 10-12 + 2 cots. During the UK school holidays, the tariff for full occupancy mostly applies. Saturday is the change over day from Easter onwards and 7 nights is the minimum stay during these months. However this can vary during other times of the year.
