This a newly built 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor.
It has been tastefully decorated and is very bright. It overlooks the town centre at the front and the swimming pools and gardens at the back. There are two large pools and a childs pool. There is also a playing area for young children. The apartment is very central and is few minutes walk from supermarket, shops, 5 star intercontinental hotel and clubhouse. You can have a relaxing drink and enoyt the beautiful views of the golfcourse and lakes from the clubhouse.
One bedroom has a double bed with reading lamp and french doors. The other bedroom has 2 single beds which overlookd the swimming pools and and beautiful landscaped gardens.
There is a large living area come dining area with a couch which can be conveted into a bed. There is a large dining table, which can accomodate 6 people, with 4 padded chairs.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern appliances.
The bathroom has shower, bath, wash basin, toilet, bidet toil rails, fitted batroom accessories and mirror. Towels are provided.
A large patio area with glass top table and canopy and four comfortable chairs(can accomodate 6 people)overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens.
Apartment has air conditioning throughout to keep you coool in the summer and central heating to keep you warm in the winter.
You can avail of a safe for 1 euro per day.
A deposit of 150 euros is required on booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travelling. There is also a damage deposit of 150 euros, which will be refunded if on inspection everything is ok.
A payment of 70 euors is to be paid to the keyholder on arrival, this is for the cleaning of the apartment.
