'Villa Summer has everything you need for the perfect holiday. The setting is fantastic and the sunsets over the golf course at night were stunning... The villa is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped right down to the plastic plates, cups and cutlery which were perfect for our 5 year old son Aidan. The pool area even had inflatable's for us to use! We were particularly impressed with the water filter on the American fridge freezer which meant that we didn't have to buy any bottled water for use in the Villa. The outside area is fenced in and the pool also has safety fencing which gave us peace of mind with a young child and an extra feeling security. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday... Villa Summer is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.
The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following;
Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.
Second double bedroom with twin beds
Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds

Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed)

British satellite-TV (childrens channels, BBC)

Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
