Casa de Fortuna is a new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Faro Park, Playa Blanca. It was completed in the Spring of 2004 and is situated very close to the coast. There is a car parking space to the side of the property. It is ideal for families who are looking for a really relaxing holiday and offers tranquillity that is not readily found in the built-up established tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise. Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the interior of the villa offers classic Spanish architecture with its combination of granite and marble tiling throughout, providing stunning results and a cool airy feeling. The villa is fitted with charming shutters with integral mosquito nets that guarantee a peaceful night's sleep! The heated pool is set in a large sun terrace with four luxurious sunloungers. There is a shaded dining area and another teak table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful garden.
There is a lovely little parade of shops, which is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. There is a supermarket which will provide you with all the day to day essentials, restaurants - Italian and Indian - 2 coffee bars, hairdresser and a local bar.
Playa Blanca with its fine restaurants, banks and shops is only 5 minutes drive from our villa. There are some lovely beaches - Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada and Papagayo - which are all within easy driving distance.
The new Marina Rubicon is bursting with lovely restaurants and shops and there are some fine boats to admire whilst you sit and relax at the waters edge.
