Our property is a two-bed apartment, one double with an en-suite bathroom and one twin with a family bathroom. It is fully furnished with a fitted kitchen and is air-conditioned. Our key management company also offers various food welcome packs - please let us know if you would like to make use of this chargeable service.
The development comprises Andalucian style buildings - a closed community with controlled access. Al Andalus Thalassa includes a unique on-site spa with heated indoor swimming pool (open all year), gymnasium, sauna, steam room, hydromassage facility, two outdoor swimming pools (open May to October) and sports area with tennis courts and children's playground. The grounds feature landscaped gardens. Undercover parking is available.
Al Andalus Thalassa is located close to the famous Vera Beach, with its wide expanse of fine white sand. The village of Vera can also be reached within a few minutes. Nearby attractions include the mountain village and coastal resort of Mojacar, as well as the caves of Almanzora and nearby Desert Springs Golf Course. Costa Almeria experiences outstanding holiday weather, with average yearly temperatures of 22 degree Celsius.
It is advisable to hire a car, as Almeria Airport is an hour drive, Murcia Airport is a 90 minute drive and Alicante Airport is a two hour drive.
Al Andalus Thalassa was featured on GMTV for the week commencing 8th September 2008 as their best buying option for vacational homes. It was also awarded by the Spanish Property Awards 2006 as the Best Urbanisation in Almeria.
