Description

This air conditioned apartment has been re-furbished and will accommodate 6 people in comfort. It is situated in an excellent position close to the centre of the tourist area of Salou and all its amenities. Situated on the third floor of a four storey apartment block (which is serviced by an elevator), it has a view from the terrace to the beach of Playa Capallans with Cambrils in the distance.

The accommodation comprises of a lounge/diner with a sofa bed and 2 relax chairs and a dining table capable of seating 6 comfortably. It is also equipped with TV and a DVD/CD player. The lounge area has patio doors leading on to a large terrace which is west facing and is perfect for relaxing in the evening and watching the sunsets. This has a table and 6 chairs.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, with patio doors that lead onto the large terrace. The second double sized bedroom has 2 individual beds and fitted wardrobes, with the third bedroom smaller in size but also with 2 individual beds and again fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower.

The re-fitted kitchen has an oven with grill and a ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The apartment is only 75 metres (3 minutes walk) from the beautiful beach of Playa Capellans. This golden sand beach is situated in a small cove and has safe bathing. It is perfect for families with small children. The beach has umbrellas and sun loungers for hire and it also has 2 beach kiosks. Although the apartment does not have it's own pool, most of the hotels (and there are 8 within 200 metres of the apartment) allow non-residents to use their pool and bar/terrace facilites.

We also have access to booking all trips and excursions that you would find with any hotel/tour operator, details can be found in the apartment.

Port Aventura and Costa Caribe water park are only a 10 minute bus ride away, the ancient Roman city of Tarragona a 15 minute drive away and the wonderful city of Barcelona only 75 minutes away by train or 90 minutes by bus.
Buses to Salou train station, Tarragona , Reus and Barcelona are within 100 metres from the apartment. There is also the road train which does a circular route around Salou stopping at various locations including Port Aventura and Costa Caribe. With all amenities on the doorstep and good transport links, a car is not necessarily required.

Within 100 metres from the apartment there are supermarkets, a bakery, a general store, newsagent, pharmacy, medical centre and a number of gift shops. There are also numerous bars and restaurants that serve English and Continental food and are extremely well priced.
