The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Townhouses and we have a pergola covered drive in the front garden to park one car. At the back of the house is a lawned area and then the superb 32 metre swimming pool. If you fancy a game of tennis, there are 2 FREE tennis courts 50 metres away, which are next to the fairway.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been furnished with top quality furniture and there's a FLAT SCREEN 32" LCD TV WITH BRITISH AND SKY CHANNELS PLUS A DVD PLAYER for your nights in.
For Laptop owners we have a free internal telephone which has INTERNET ACCESS via Ethernet cable (not supplied).
The house has FULL CENTRAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans.
The very large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace, has a quality table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, 4 loungers and potted plants. Access is via the landing or the sliding patio doors from the delightful bedroom with its kingsize bed.
The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the garden/pool area. Hedging provides an element of seclusion. Both areas have outside lighting.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, cafetiere, toaster, sandwich maker etc.
The downstairs bathroom is next to the second bedroom and has a bidet, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, with mirror and lights over with a shaving point.
The main bathroom is next to the Master bedroom and has a full bath with shower over with glass screen, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and lights over and a shaving point. In the cupboard under the sink, you will find a hair dryer.
As you would expect on a 5 STAR luxury golf course, there are an abundance of flowers, palm trees and beautifully cut lawns.

La Torre Golf Resort was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. 70 EUROS IS PAYABLE TO THE KEYHOLDER ON ARRIVAL TO COVER THE COST OF WASHING, IRONING AND THOROUGH CLEANING OF THE HOUSE BEFORE AND AFTER THE HOLIDAY.
A £100 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO COVER THE COST OF DAMAGES/BREAKAGES, LOSS OF KEYS ETC AND IS FULLY REFUNDED WITHIN 3-5 DAYS AFTER THE HOLIDAY ASSUMING ALL IS OK.
