Nice detached 2 bed villa with private pool,nice size garden,planted and with own driveway,equipped with sunbeds,pagoda area to allow some shade from the all day sun on our south facing garden!Recently redecorated interior & exterior,fully equipped for a great family holiday,sat tv,dvd player with some good dvds,modern furnished lounge,log burner fire for those cosy cooler winter nights,cd player,dining area with seating for 4,fully equipped Kitchen with,full sized fridge freezer,washing machine,inergrated oven and ceramic hob & extractor hood,all cutlery,crockery,utensils cookware etc to make it home from home provided,2 bedrooms,one wth double bed and fitted double wardrobe & a safe for your security and 2nd bedroom with twin beds & fitted double wardrobe,both have bedside tables lighting and there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, two ceiling fans to lounge and an air conditioning unit in lounge giving both hot or cold functions,outside you have a nice rear terrace with patio table & 4 chairs for your alfesco dining,garden nicely planted, a nice nice roman ended pool to step into or there are metal stairs to the deeper end,pool is 8mx4m,a nice wooden pagoda area by the pool,tiled with side table & sunbeds to take some snooze out of the gorgeous sun,there are side stairs leading up to the roof solarium, where you will find,clothes drying airers and a dining area,all with nice views around of the mountains,there is also at the front of the property another set of stairs leading up to an entrance door to the kitchen.Whilst villa is placed in the quiter D sector of Camposol,it has really nice walking areas around,yet only a five min drive to the golf club with its great 18hole course and clubhouse with a great restaurant and regular entertainment,a further 5 min drive leads you to the busy B sector commercial centre on Camposol, offering,banks,good restaurants with regular entertainment,a bowling alley also with pool and snooker facilities and some game machines for the kiddies,you have an excellent internet shop there called Camposol Computers that offer full internet access during your stay,there are newsagent,a large supermarket and a smaller supermarket offering many british goods also,over the bridge behind main supermarket,your will come to another commercial centre on A sector offering similiar facilities and an open air swimming pool which is only a couple of euros entry,along side a good spanish restaurant Marianos,
A short 15 min drive from Camposol you will find beautiful beaches first being in Puerta Mazarron with nice marina and a good promenade,good shopping facilities in the town also,a further 5 mins from Mazarron is Bolneuvo beaches these are award winning for child safety.A 45 min drive you have the city of Murcia with its huge array of culture and places to visit,also two big shopping centres where you can find bargains at primark,Zara,H&M etc.Cartegena is a nice naval port & town only a 25min drive from camposol,with excellent places to visit.The Murcia region we are located is beautiful,still retaining its spanish flavour with abundance of orange groves,lemon trees,olive trees,almond trees etc,as there is a strong farming areas in Murcia regions,also able to add located in one of the best Costas as it experiences an average of 302 days of sunshine a year!Only a 50min drive from San Javier Airport at Murcia and 1hr 10min drive from Alicante airport.A car is adviced as needed for your stay for maximum accessibility and enjoyment both at and arounf the villa.
