sun. This apartment is situated ina quiet residentail area. The apartment block is 2mins walk to the commercial area which has a large Supervalu and some bars etc It has a double bedroom plus a twin room with full bathroom/shower.Well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, microwave. Linen and towels provided but not beach towels.
The communal area has a kids pool, adults pool and is fully fenced ideal for children..50mts from the apartment.
A car is recommended but the market town of Los Montesinos is a 15min walk.
The property is situated on a developing urbanisation called La Herrada, Los Montesinos, approximately 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura & 10 minutes from the busy city of Torrevieja which also hosts fabulous coastline. Los Montesinos is only approximately 35 minutes drive from both Murcia and Alicante international airports making it ideally situated for holiday makers and people wishing to emigrate with families frequently visiting
