excellent supermarket are within similar distance as San Eugenio.
The main beach of Playa de las Americas can be reached by strolling a short distance along the seafront promenade or in the other direction Puerto Colon is very close by.
There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
It offers a large, beautiful swimming pool and most of the apartments also have superb views. There are lifts to all floors and a reception.
