| This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the beautiful setting of Cabo Roig, referred to as the jewel of the southern Costa Blanca. Within 45 minutes drive of Alicante Airport, Cabo Roig lies 8km south of Torrevieja town.
Cabo Roig is an exclusive residential area comprising of mainly luxurious villas, to which there is only 1 road entrance therefore no through traffic makes for a quiet setting.
The apartment is part of the Los Anguis V community, which is a well established community within Cabo Roig. It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and 2 communal pools with showers.
The community is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the two Cabo Roig beaches. The community lies at the end of a no through road and has a private gated entrance. There is a private car park. A key for the automatic gate is provided.
A fully fitted kitchenette with fridge freezer, hob,oven and washing machine.
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request.
The apartment comes fully furnished with bed linen and towels provided.
