ABOUT VILLA DALYAN
Modern three bedroom air-conditioned villa with private pool and terrace enjoying mountain views. Situated within walking distance of beautiful Dalyan town, historic tombs, river, restaurants and shops. The villa has well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher. Open plan lounge leading to terrace and pool. Three bedrooms one twin and two double. Main bedroom with en-suite, two further bathrooms with showers. Small enclosed, child safe garden.
ABOUT THE AREA
Villa Dalyan has a superb location, walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in the town centre of Dalyan. The property is accessed via metal garden gates. Car hire is not necessary as the town is within easy walking distance but for guests who want to travel further afield there is ample car parking on the road outside the house. Public transport is very good by boat or dolmas(bus) from Dalyan town and the famous Turtle Beach can be reached by either. There are also many trips and excursions to suit all ages and tastes at affordable prices and theses can be booked in Dalyan town. Restaurants and eating out are also affordable and a wide range of food to suit all tastes is available in the town. At night Dalyan comes alive and there is a wide range of things to do including shopping and nightclubs.
Dalyan airport is 30 minutes from the villa and airport transfers can be arranged on request at additional cost.
The beach
The nearest beach is Iztuzu and is the famous breading place of the logger head turtle. The beach is recognised for its clean, safe and very beautiful environment. It's about 20 minutes drive from the villa, or 50 minutes by public boat. The beach closes at dusk but there are some lovely places to eat and drink on the way back. Boats can be rented by the day and will take you along the Dalyan river to the mud baths, Kogecyz lake and Iztuzu.
The Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are light and airy and have single beds. These can be joined to make double beds in two of the rooms. Each room has a wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and hairdryer. Two bedrooms have doors opening onto balconies overlooking the mountains.
The Bathrooms:
En-suite bathroom to bedroom one with wc, shower, sink and mirror.
Spacious landing area and upstairs bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 with wc, shower, sink and mirror.
3rd bathroom in downstairs hall at foot of stairs with shower, wc and basin.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,microwave and electric hob, iron and ironing board. Large pine table and chairs. Cream tiled floor.
Living Room:
Large open plan living room with sofa and 2 arm chairs, open fireplace with mantle piece. Rug, coffee tables. 2 windows and large glass sliding doors opening onto long terrace and pool. Terrace has table and chairs for outside dining.
Outside:
The front door to the house is situated to the rear of the property and opens onto a reception hall leading to downstairs bathroom and curved marble staircase. All floors are cream ceramic or marble. Sunbeds are provided for use by the pool.
The villa has a small enclosed garden suitable for children. There is a gate on the garden terrace to prevent access to the pool when this is not required. The caretaker lives close by and can assist when requested. He also has a small Turkish restaurant and bar close by.
