| "The House the Mouse would stay in"
From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquility.
The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake, a nature pond or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 to 10 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.
The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community.
Brand new to our area in August, 2008 a brand new shopping mall with a Publix grocery store and other shops and take-out food locations. This is 1 mile from the villa.
This impressive 5 bedroom house is equiped with 2 master suites ,both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. You are sure not to get bored here.
The house has a games room which features a host of activities such as a pool table, table football and a dart board. There is also games,books,and DVD's for all. This will keep the kids and adults well entertained!
Leaving this room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player and VCR. The kitchen/breakfast bar is well thought out and includes all modern utilities such as a full sized dishwasher, large fridge, full size cooker/oven, coffee maker, kettle, etc. There is also a dining area with a large family dining table.
As well as a laundry room with full sized washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board,the house is fully air conditioned and heated as needed.
Outside you will find your private South facing pool and sunny deck overlooking a nature pond with views of wildlife and the natural flora which is a nature lovers paradise! The deck is fully furnished with table and chairs, making it a great spot for watching the sun go down, and the South facing pool is inviting especially after a long day sightseeing.
This house is ideal if more than one family staying as there is so much space, the only problem you will find, is leaving it!
