A new 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on a completed, attractive complex, lovely pool with childrens pool and tennis courts for residents use.
The apartment has a large patio and out door dining table and chairs are provided. Both the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and french windows onto patio.
Only 50 metres to the waterfront and 100metres to a sandy beach on the Mar Menor, cross the road and you have long stretches of sandy beach on the Mediterranean.
Lots of Bars and Restaurants especially in the Tomas Maestre Marina which is only a few minutes stroll from the apartment - good value still as this is still a very Spanish holiday, 3 courses with wine can be had for 10Euros.
A car really is not necessary and an airport pick up can be arranged
