Moraira is the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca, the coast that stretches from Valencia to Alicante on the Mediterranean coast. Alicante airport is one hour's drive. Villa Casa Blanca is set in a quiet cul-de-sac ten minutes stroll through quiet lanes of oleander, bougainvillea and pines to the nearest beach and restaurants.
A spacious private villa on two floors (upper floor pictured) with superb elevated pool amid pine trees less than a kilometre to the blue sea: perfect for a relaxed holiday. In its own grounds at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Casa Blanca features a large pool and splendid sun terrace on the first floor. Step out of the cool living room (pictures 3 and 4)straight into the 10m x 6m pool! Enjoy poolside eating under a shaded naya, an arched dining porch with seating for eight. Use our traditional Spanish tiled barbecue. Our villa is laid out for two families to be together while enjoying some privacy: each floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room. 10 minutes stroll to restaurants and bars by the Mediterranean.

These rates are for the whole villa Casa Blanca. Out of high season, you make reserve one apartment: first floor with exclusive use of pool and sun terrace or ground floor without use of pool at substantially lower rates.
Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 4 weeks prior
Refundable security deposit - €250
Heating or Air Conditioning charge - €5-10/day gas, water per week
Final Cleaning charge - €65 or €130 (1 floor
