Description

This newly built South/West facing apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms one en-suite is the ideal location for that holiday where you can choose to laze on trendy Mistral beach, just a short walk away or stroll for twenty minutes to the internationally renowned Puerto Banus with its restaurants,designer shops,boutiques night life and casino. For the more active it is close to Golf Valley with five spectacular golf courses and another fourty less than an hour away. For families there is the fantastic Selwo Animal Adventure Safari Park just a short drive away and there is also a theme park and water park to the east of Marbella. The apartment is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport along the motorway with Marbella and its beautiful 'Old Town' only ten minutes drive away. The site is secure with security gate access and secure reserved car parking adjacent to the apartment door and security shutters on all doors that lead to the terrace.

Firstly, the apartment was perfect - clean, spacious, stylish and with all the required amenities. The terrace offers a great place to relax before evenings out, and also the two private pools offered great relaxation, away from the competition for sunbeds / bathing space usually found on package hotel deals with major tour operators. The location is also very good, a short walk into Puerto Banus, and yet a very quiet area not affected by the hustle and bustle. Mary (Local Spanish Contact) was also very helpful in dealing with any questions I had. Puerto Banus is a great place for a holiday - you can pick and choose how to mould it for your needs. On the one hand, you can enjoy the people watching to check out the glamorous types who promenade around the port, displaying their wealth through their sports cars / yachts, or alternatively there is a lot going on in Marbella (10 minutes away), or further down the coast in towns such as Estepona. With day trips such as Gibraltar, Rhonda, Sevilla, or Tangiers (Morocco), I would highly recommend the location to friends / family. Thanks" - SW (London)
