Welcome to our new villa completed in 2006 in the exclusive Mediterranean styled and gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando’s latest and most impressive communities.
Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, off Highway 27, 1 mile south of its junction with the US192
It is the ideal location for you to enjoy your Florida experience.
Disney’s World Drive is only 15 minutes away and Universal Studios is less than 30 minutes away.
If retail therapy is your thing then the Malls are easily reached. There is also a Super Walmart less that 2 miles away and a Publix half a mile away.
You want to play Golf? There are 20 golf courses within 20 miles. Many are award winning and to PGA standard including the Greg Norman designed Champion's Gate.
There are numerous lakes in the area which provide excellent fishing.
The villa is fully air conditioned so regardless of the time of the year you will be comfortable. The outside deck area which has both a south and a west facing aspect embraces a 26’ by 13’ pool and a hot tub.The pool and hot tub have underwater lighting should you fancy a dip after the sun has gone down.
The pool deck area is enclosed by a mesh cage, this has the advantage of keeping out the “wild life” but does not restrict you topping up your tan!
The covered lanai is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, this is West facing and is perfect for chilling out in the evenings, it also has the benefit of a ceiling fan.
