Our luxury waterfront villa, new for 2006 is situated in peaceful Rotonda West, on the Gulf Coast of South West Florida. We have a larger than average villa which boasts over 2,500sq feet of living space, fully air conditioned. The villa was built on a large south facing plot overlooking one of Rotonda's many canals and nature reserves. There is lots of wild life in view along the canal, which can be seen while relaxing in the sun.
To the rear we have a 30ft oversized solar /electric heated pool with water feature. The pool area has a covered lanai with large patio table and reclining sunbeds.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of which are master suites and a twin all with en suite bathrooms. Both master suites open out onto the lanai area through french doors.
The living area consists of a large open plan sitting area with nook for informal dining. To the front of the villa is a large bay area for formal dining. The room has access to the lanai through a rear door and large patio doors. There are high church style ceilings with feature fans and stylish light fittings.
All main living areas are tiled throughout, with carpets in the bedrooms.
Beautifully furnished to the highest standards, our custom built home is decorated in Florida colours of blue, beige and maple. The gardens surrounding the villa are beautifully lanscaped, commanding beautiful rear views and sunsets! Perfect for a relaxing family meal out on the lanai while the sun goes down. Our outside music centre will capture your mood.
Here you will find 'Your Place in the Sun' like no other. There are many local restaurants, supermarkets and recreational facilities nearby. Long marsh Golf Club on Rotonda is a 2 minute drive away, or within golf cart distance. There are many more golf courses located on and around Rotonda. A short drive away are the beaches of Manasota Key, Englewood.
A great location for relaxing after a hectic week touring Orlando's theme parks. Also, a great location for exploring the rest of South West Florida. To the north is Bradenton/Sarasota, Clearwater area and Tampa. To the south is Fort Myers and Sanibel Island.
