Pedinon (Pedino) is on the Mani Peninsula of the Peloponnese in Southern Greece. The airport of Kalamata gives easy access to our village home and flights are available from early Spring until late Autumn from a number of UK and European airports. You can also travel all year round to visit and stay at our house by flying to Athens and then by bus and/or taxi for the remainder of the journey. The village of Pedinon (Pedino) is small and has mostly old traditional stone houses. It is an idyllic and peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings with one of the most, if not the most, spectacular views in Greece from Mulberry House.
Four people can sleep in a combination of the main bedroom (double bed) the second bedroom (three quarter bed) the double sofa bed in the sitting room (which can be used as a double or a single bed) and/or the single "Zed" bed. Thus it is ideal for two adults with one or two children.
The cost of each day's stay for 2010 is 100 Euros (£95) per night high season - July and August - and 80 Euros (£77) per night low season - all other months - for up to a maximum of four people. This means that it is a total of £95 or £77 whether it is one person or four people who are staying per night. NB: there is a heating supplement of 5 Euros (£5) per night during December to March. Please feel free to contact us to see if we have any special pricing deals to suit you.
Our terms are:- payment of £100 or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit per week on booking (or equivalent in other currencies at the currency exchange rate plus any fees). The balance (£565 or £439 per week) one calendar month before arrival at the property plus a refundable security deposit of £100 against damage etc. to be paid with the balance and refunded within 4 weeks of completion of rental if no deductions are necessary. Payment can also be made by the Internet via PayPal, please ask for details if you wish to pay by this method.
Whilst the village is located in the foothills of the Taygetos Mountains, the pretty coastal villages, bays and coves are easily accessible.
