LOCATION
* Located on Spain’s Costa del Sol, on the coast between Estepona and Gibraltar
* Supermarket – 2 km up the road
* 3 miles from Puerto Duquesa & the stunning beach side town of Sabinillas,
* 5 mins from the exclusive Sotogrande marina and within easy reach of Estepona
* Within a few minutes drive are world championship golf courses, such as Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque and many others
* Other activities include Water Park for the children, wild life park, riding, sailing, polo, diving, walking, culture and history
* El Oasis has the advantage of being exceptionally easy to find - its grand white entrance arch cannot be missed from the coastal road (located between Puerto de la Duquesa / Sabinillas and Sotogrande).
PLEASE NOTE, before you read any further, Manilva / Puerto de Duqeusa & Sabinillas (all within 5 miles of each other) are not your typical British Holiday Resort, e.g. Magaluf or Benidorm, full of burger bars and fish & chip shops.
This area is very up market and has a lot of typical Spanish character, and is not frequented by Package Tours. If you like package tour holidays and do not like doing your own thing then Manilva is not the place for you!! Whilst this is an upmarket area the prices do not reflect the very expensive prices that you will find in Marbella & Puerto Banus.

There is a new Waterpark in Algeciras.
The Sunday market in Estepona is well worth a visit and it's good to look at all of the boats on the marina.
Sabillinas has a lovely beach with numerous beach bars and restaurants. There is also a very large play area on the promenade.
If you working as an exhibitor or visiting the International Boat Show in Gibraltar, why not stay on the coast just a 20-minute drive from the Ocean Village Marina, the venue for the boat show in Gibraltar. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Prices for 2 bed roomed Penthouse (2 bed / 2 bath) with 2 terraces close to the swimming pool. The advertised prices for apartment 2 are based on maximum of 4 person occupancy & an infant that requires a cot. Apartment 2 is large enough to accommodate / sleep upto 6 people, using a sofa or portable bed at the cost of £150/E150 per week. The additional bed must be ordered when making your reservation.
Apartment 1 sleeps up to 7 - please enquire for prices and further details.

Cleaning & Laundry Fee – Euros 90 (payable with final payment). Please note this includes general cleaning - not excessive cleaning of ovens, etc (see T&C)
Out of hours arrival fee Euros 25. If you arrive later than 17.00h Monday to Friday or over the weekend then a Euros 25 surcharge is applicable (to be paid with final payment).
