About our Holiday Home
After a hectic day in the parks or at the Florida Mall relax in our beautiful extremely spacious house (3000sq.ft). With a large family room, a separate sitting room (with PS2) and a Games Room , there is plenty of space to spread out and escape from the kids.
Two master bedrooms en-suites make this the perfect holiday home for two families. The beautiful, heated pool (only required in the winter) has a covered lanai for much needed shade on those hot sunny days and it doesn't back onto another property so you have privacy. A built in music system connects all rooms including the Pool Deck can also be used for intercom etc.ideal for waking the children up.
Location
The villa is in the quiet area of the US 27 but within 2 miles there are supermarkets, a petrol station, pharmacy and restaurants. The 192, with it's many shops and restaurants is only a 3 minute drive.
There are several golf courses with a few minutes of the villa including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate course. For those who like walking, the Lake Louise nature reserve is only a 10 minutes drive north on the US 27, take a picnic.
For those who like fishing, the largest tarpon ever recorded was caught at Homossassa on the Gulf Coast .
