The town house built in 2004 is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 full baths, fully equipted kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony on 2nd floor. To avoid rental fees I also added a playpen and a high chair if needed. The three bedrooms include one King size Master Suite, one Queen size Master Suite and two Suites with twin beds plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room, Washer/Dryer, Central Air/Heat, Large TVs and DVD Player.
There are many on-site amenities like a 2.5 acre pool, lazy-river and water-slide. Enjoy a good meal at the restaurant/bar conveniently next to the pool. The clubhouse has a game room, fitness center, day spa, and lots more. This gated community resort is less than 2 minutes from a major food chain food market. Give yourself a chance to relax at the indoor or outdoor Jacuzzi. For the golfers this town house is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course…Open to the public and for the executives there is a conference room with catering and bar.
