Our Villa is located on a quiet, small, exclusive, and peaceful community.Our villas pool and patio area are south facing, with a beautiful un-interrupted front line lakeside view which should be considered as the best location on the Seasons Resort. We also have in residence numerous waterfowl including Herons, Geese and Ducks. Our unique location is just minutes away by car from Walt Disney World and all the major theme parks.Close by can be found some of the finest shopping-malls, supermarkets and restaurants in central Florida. We are within walking distance of a 24 Hour Wal-Mart (Asda) Super Store. Our villa is easy to find as we are located near to Highway 192. Recent improvements to Highway 192 includes, numerous bus stops and a regular bus service directly to Walt Disney World.
Villa Heron has six bedrooms and four bathrooms, and five toilets and sleeps up to 14 guests in sheer luxury. Villa Heron which is 2,827sq ft in size is situated overlooking a lake where you can watch the Herons and other wildlife in the most peaceful and tranquil of settings. The more active could elect to walk or jog around the lakeside pathway, a great way to experience the lovely Floridian sunrises and sunsets.
Villa Heron was constructed in 2005, and was designed with high class luxury living very much in mind. Feel free to relax on one of our sumptuous sofas to watch you favourite DVD. Our villa has a total of six televisions, one is a 57 inch HD TV. All TVs have free local news and movie channels. We also have FREE International telephone calls and FREE Internet high speed access with a Home Computer and Printer for your use, plus a newly installed Sony Play Station 2. We also have a Games room with darts,air hockey,foolsball and snooker table. The separate lounge areas provide extra space in which you can just relax and chill out, in true American style! After a long day visiting one of Florida's many attractions, a real good place to put your feet up for a well earned rest!
Villa Herons outside area comprises of a spacious patio and pool leading directly from the family room. A great place to stretch out on a sun lounger and soak up the Floridian sunshine. Alternatively you could take a dip in the pool to cool down. Our large sparkling, crystal clear pool is kept in tip-top condition by our management company. The pool water can heated at an optional cost. The pool area has been provided with a removable safety fence for your added safety should you need it. All the patio doors leading on to the deck area have been fitted with additional security locking devices. The pool also has a large covered area to cater for would be shade lovers. An ideal place for you to relax with a book or maybe enjoy a long cool drink.
Villa Heron sleeping accommodation comprises of a downstairs master bedroom suite complete with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and large en-suite bathroom complete with corner bath. The master bedroom also has a bedside telephone, television and ceiling fan for your enjoyment.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, walk in closet and large 32 inch TV. The remaining 4 bedrooms offer three twin bedded rooms and one further double bedded room. Each share two further family bathrooms, which are fully equipped with showers. All bedrooms have bedside lights,TVs and further storage closets.
Villa Heron unique upstairs layout also provides a quiet corner, where you can relax or watch TV or perhaps read a book of your choice. Finally the sofa in the family room can be converted to a sleeper if required.
The spacious open plan kitchen area is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. The family can eat in the separate dining area or choose to snack at the breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen.
