The balcony overlooks the landscaped pool which is for the adjacent houses use only. It has a large rooftop solarium with sun loungers and barbecue and views over the surrounding countryside. It sleeps four comfortably (no sofa-beds). The fabulous golf course and restaurant of La Finca is within walking distance and the new complex built by villamartin has just opened with a few bars/restaurants and shops only 10 minutes walk away. This would suit families, golfers and couples alike. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are only 40 minutes drive. The fabulous beach, restaurants and night market in Guardamar are 15 minutes drive as is Torrevieja with its night life and promenade. There are numerous spanish villages very locally to visit, all of which have regular fiestas. A great central location. please ask anything you need to know.
