This beautiful interior designed 3 bedroom luxury villa has a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens and located in a tranquil beachside village community.
The Beach Village House provides a luxury holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security set beside an unspoilt beach on Koh Samui’s quiet south east coast.
This single storey property is deceptively roomy and once inside there is a feeling of spaciousness and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design.
ACCOMODATION
The accommodation provides a living room furnished with top quality furniture and soft furnishings including a corner sofa suite, occasional tables and coffee table adorned with thai handicrafts. The room is complimented with Thai art wall hangings, mirrors and indoor potted plants. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden. An attractive wood slat surround feature separates the living area from the kitchen.
The split level kitchen/dining area is furnished with a 6 seater dining room table and chairs, a step down leads to the state of the state of the art fully equipped kitchen where everything you need for preparing that special meal is provided including, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom is accessed from the living area. The room has a double bed and ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space. The interior is beautifully decorated with soft furnishings, wall hangings and indoor potted plants. The sumptuous bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle has a feature wall sculpture and attractive hanging light fittings.
A corridor from the living area leads to two further luxuriously furnished double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom to the rear of the villa has a door leading on to a secondary garden providing a cool shady relaxing area. A guest bathroom off the living area completes the accommodation.
Both the living area and master bedroom have views over the garden and swimming pool and patio doors lead out to the south facing wooden sundeck furnished with quality teak patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. In the corner of the garden, separate from the pool and surrounded by tropical plants, is a private Jacuzzi pool which makes an ideal spot for relaxing while sipping an evening cocktail. The idyllic white sand beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip shimmering waters of the Gulf of Siam.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL wireless internet connection are provided for guest’s entertainment

We have gone elephant trekking – well worth the money. Bought suits Armani International Chaweng - happy with results. Restaurants worth visiting in our opinion are Tamarind, Rocky’s, M’s, The Cliff and many more. Thai massage – wonderful foot massage and great reflexology & Reiki. Don’t leave without trying at least one.
We hope to come back one day; we could have stayed another week with ease.

First impressions of villa absolutely beautifully decorated.
On arriving at the villa, Fiona greeted us what a beautiful girl! Very helpful (keep up the good work Fiona)
I visited Kamalaya as recommended. Kamalaya is a wellness spa and a beautiful one at that. The view are spectacular whilst waiting for your masseuse, changing etc
We moved onto a little Irish bar in Lamia called Shamrock to watch a live band called OVADA - Great great band they are from the Philippines- all related- the little lead singer lead guitarist Baby Anita what a sweet sweet lady - very powerful voice yet so tiny a person! Great band!

What a tropical paradise. Great food and drink at M’s restaurant five minutes down the road, as well as Rocky’s and the Cliff. Great experience at the elephant trekking and the TK tour snorkeling trip was a must warning when they say spicy they mean spicy!
Lamai beach is beautiful and Chaweng is bright and exciting at night as well as great bars and restaurants.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted not only by a beautifully decorated home, Fiona was the perfect host, stocking the house with groceries and fruits on top of plenty of beverages.
While our stay wasn’t long enough, the experience of staying at the villa has been excellent with tasteful decorations and good house keeping service. Fiona made our trip easier wherever possible – including a baby cot and car rentals.
We enjoyed our stay very much in this heavenly project of many friendly neighbors and look forward to coming here again.
