| VILLA LASKA is in a fabulous location with stunning sea and coastal views. It's an idyllic place, surrounded by nature and completely secluded. A gorgeous place to relax and laze in the sun in absolute peace and privacy, but with plenty of action only 10 mins away whenever you want it. So it's perfectly suited to couples or families looking for a fantastic getaway, but who would also appreciate easy access to all the facilities, entertainment and nightlife available at the beach or in the city. ACCOMMODATION: The villa has 3 floors with sea views from every room. The ground floor is a large open plan area with a beautiful contemporary kitchen plus dining and living areas which all look out over a large terrace through three French windows. The entire ground floor has a terracotta tiled floor. The spacious bathroom is also on the ground floor and includes a separate shower, plus a bath with shower and a basin and toilet.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with stripped pine floors and built in wardrobes and on the second floor there is a third double bedroom with balcony, also with stripped pine floor. All the bedrooms have double beds and look out over the terrace to the beautiful sea view.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a private garden with several almond trees. There’s a large paved terrace which runs the full length of the villa, plus a separate shady barbeque area
THINGS TO DO: It’s perfectly located between the resort of Golden Sands and the small beach town of Kranevo, each 3 km away. Both offer beautiful beaches, safe swimming, thermal mineral spas, many water sports, numerous supervised activities for children and fun for all the family, plus a huge choice of nightlife with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and casinos. Kranevo beach is a 10 min drive or a 25 min walk from the villa down the hillside and there are also some lovely walks through pine woods behind the villa up onto a plateau from which has amazing views of the sea and coastline. The beach at Golden Sands is a 5 min drive. Two golf courses are being built near Balchik which will be less than a 30 min drive.
LOCAL AMENITIES: In Kranevo, just a 5 min drive away, you can buy fresh local produce at the daily market and there are 3 supermarkets. You can also buy fresh fish direct from the fishermen. There’s an ATM, public telephones and internet access. In the summer season the town comes alive when many tourist shops, restaurants and bars open. Out of season the town is very quiet. In the resort of Golden Sands there are plenty of banks, travel agents and shops of all kinds.
VARNA: The delightful and historical city of Varna is a 25 minute drive from the villa, which offers a wide variety of tourist and cultural attractions including museums and art galleries, theatre, and opera house, cathedral, dolphinarium, aquarium, Roman thermal baths, zoo, parks and the city beach. The famous Botanical Gardens in the picturesque town of Balchik are just 21 km away. The wildlife sanctuary at Cape Kaliakra is also only a short drive away.

They’ll pick you up at the airport (no charge), take you straight to the villa and make sure everything is ok for you. So right from the moment you arrive you can relax and start enjoying your holiday. 24 hour English speaking telephone assistance is also provided for complete peace of mind during your stay. When you arrive at the villa, a bottle of Bulgarian wine will be waiting for you to make you feel at home.
CAR HIRE: If you’d like to hire a car for your stay, let us know and we can tell you which company offers the best deal locally. The company will deliver the car of your choice to the villa anytime you choose and you can drop it off at the airport when you leave. Ample car parking space is available next to the villa.
CHILD CARE: We can also organise child care or baby sitting for you, at very reasonable rates, supplied by an English NVQ3 qualified nursury nurse resident in Varna.
