Amenities on site include a clubhouse, a heated walk-in swimming pool, games room, snack bar and shop, exercise gym, sauna, jacuzzi/hot tub at pool. At the clubhouse you can rent video movies overnight. A tennis court and kids play area climb/slide in large sandpit are also available for use. No need to rent a barbecue, it's there for you at the pool/play area.
Within the condo there are all the usual kitchen gadgets as well as clothes dryer, washing machine, dish washer, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, grill. There is air conditioning and living room, master bedroom and second bedroom have T.V's, videos and ceiling cooling fans. A high chair and cot are also included. Radio clock alarms in all the bedrooms.
A 'telly' is plumbed-in for playstation and games. There are also audio tape player, cd/radio hi-fi, cable tv, video player. In the bathrooms there are hair dryers.
The condo has security alarm door entry key box, safe box and the site is security patrolled at night.

Laguna Bay Villas are well located for reaching all the usual attractions: Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild etc. It is easy to reach the retail malls and outlets as well as shops and restaurant. With a car you can also go further afield to visit either coasts where you can see Kennedy Space Centre, Miami and beaches, etc.
