| Stay on the prestigious private and 24 hour gated resort of Lake Berkley the villa is ideally and centrally located near the I192 a perfect position for access to all the major attractions including disney, shopping outlets, restaurants, golf and of course the fantastic theme parks.
Villadeberkley family size villa consists of four bedrooms and is spacious enough to cater for two families and provides adequate privacy.
The villa includes all the comforts of home. After a day at the theme parks, shopping or a round of golf slip into the heated outdoor pool or relax on the patio and watch the sunset - pure bliss.
There is a large Living area complete with comfy sofas, tv and cable (over 70 channels), vcr, dvd small selection of films, books and board games. The villa is fully air conditoned with ceiling fans in the living area and also in the master suites.
There are 2 en suites one with large walk in shower and the other has a bath and shower both beds here are queen size.
There are 2 twin bedrooms both share the third bath room which also has a shower and a bath. There is a Play Station 2 console and a small selection of games to while a way the time.
All bedrooms have a large TV in them.
There is also FREE Wireless Internet Service available at no extra cost just bring your laptop.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of a family home including all mod cons; dishwasher, coffee machine make a small snack or a full three course you can with this kitchen and breakfast does not close at 10.00 with a 24 hour wall mart 2 minutes away you will be spoilt for choice.
The pool area has a patio deck, sun loungers and lanai for relaxing complete with patio table and chairs. The south facing aspect of the pool ensures the sun all day.
As the villa is single storey there are no staircases to trouble senior citizens or families with young children.
Lake Berkley is a first class resort with wonderful facilities for the residents and guests to enjoy including tennis court, basket ball court, club house, gym, internet, communal pool and spa, picnic area, well stocked fishing lake, nature trail, private beach and picturesque gazebo ideal for relaxing and enjoying a tranquil moment or to use for wedding ceremonies to name but a few.
There is a communal pool by the resort club house and the club house has a gym for the guests and residents to enjoy. There is another communal pool which has a bar and a great social buzz during the days and early evenings (seasonal)
