In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs which comfortably accommodate 4 people and the lounge area is equipped with 2 arm chairs and 3 seater sofa, sideboard, TV with over 300 tv and radio channels and DVD player.
The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. Utility room with washing machine. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.
Main Bathroom with Shower, WC and wash hand basin and hair dryer.
Master bedroom equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside table and wall heater and ceiling fan. En-Suite Shower, WC, wash hand basin and hair dryer.
2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan and wall heater.

Communal Pool is less than 50 metres walk away with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.
Close by and well within five minute drive you will find Quesada with Supermarket bars, restaurants' were you will find every type of cuisine imaginable from Chinese, American, Italian, English and of course Spanish. There are plenty of bars on hand for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. A popular local market is held on Sundays - again within 5 minute drive of this villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, in both areas, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property.
Green fees average £25 - £40 for 18 holes. There are 11 more courses within an hours drive. Open all year. Torrevieja (45km south of Alicante airport) is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

This villa is only a 10 minute walk from the Hotel Laguna with shops, restaurants and bars and another commercial centre within a 10 minute walk. Cuidad Quesada which is a 5 minute drive you will find more shops, restaurants and bars . There are numerous " blue flag " beaches, Guardamar, La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few.
The local area Sunday market is within 5 minute drive and is great for local bargains and breakfast. It is only a 6 minute drive to miles of safe white sandy beaches at Guardamar or 6 minutes to Torrevieja with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation. You can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. Especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.

La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa are only 5 minute drive. Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor
No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.
For the hard to please a 30 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for!
Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.
There is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property and Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies .
