The Villa is a 3 bedroom 3 bath Villa with a private secluded pool
The Master bedroom has twin beds joined together as a King size bed
and a sofa bed for 3 people, The 2nd bedroom is the same for 3 people
The front bedroom has 2 double beds for 4 people, for 10 persons maximum
Maid service provided, If you want a cook we can arrange this for you
The Villa has a full Kitchen with an electric stove,
A Large Microwave a Toaster oven and 3 Televisions and a VCR
It is newly redecorated with new furniture and painting
The Villa is in a gated guarded area on the Princess Hotel golf course
There is an Olympic size pool in the center 50 meters from the Villa,
The Villa is 400 meters to the Beach In front of the Princess Hotel
The beach in front of the Hotel is 100 meters deep and 25 kilometers long
There are 2 Tennis Courts in front of the Villa
The check out is 2;00 PM, If you wish to stay later, you will be charged 50%
of the daily rate up to 8;;00 pm , after 8;00 PM a full days rent.
Beach Towels are not furnished, Beach Towels seem to grow legs and run off
The renter will be responsible for all damage or breakage while they are renting,
There is a large Ice machine directly in front of the villa,
Please shower off all the beach sand outside the Villa,
The maid will not to wash any beach towels full of sand
There is a Costco [Price Club] in Front of the Princess Golf Course
