There is a 30ft enclosed pool with child safety fence, complete with poolside furniture, which can be heated if required. The location is ideal for Orlando's theme parks, as well as the restaurants & shopping malls on International Drive. The attractions of Kissimmee are even closer. The master bedroom with queen-size bed has an en-suite bathroom with corner bath & separate shower cubicle. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and there are 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom with over-bath enclosed shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans & their own televisions. The heated swimming pool is enclosed within a pool screen, & has a removable child-protection fence. There is a pool-side table & chairs, along with 4 loungers. Beach towels are provided. An electronic coded key-box avoids delays picking up the keys. The following facilities are available at extra cost: The English local agent can meet your flight at Orlando or Sanford airports, escort you to the villa, & give you a brief introduction to the villa & amenities. A welcome pack of basic foodstuffs & drink can be arranged, as can cot & high-chair hire. Extra cleaning can be arranged for longer stays.
Highlands Reserve is an exclusive community on Highway 27, approx 1.5 miles South from US192. It adjoins a protected conservation area, set in countryside surrounded by orange groves & pine trees. The development includes a PGA Championship 18 hole golf course, a large communal swimming pool, children's' play area & tennis courts. The Clubhouse features a pro-shop & serves snacks & drinks. The world-famous theme parks of Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios are a short drive away. Kissimmee's restaurants, & attractions like Old Town & Celebration are even closer. Orlando's Outlet Centres & Shopping Malls are within easy reach. Florida's Gulf coast beaches & Cape Canaveral are 1 hour's drive away.
