Sundowner is located on the sort after Sovereign Harbour with its shops, cinema, bars and restaurants and just 3 miles outside Eastbourne with all its traditional seaside attractions and excellent shopping area.
There is secure under ground parking which will take you, by lift or stairs directly to the apartment, where you will find a fully fitted kitchen, large lounge diner with a full size double sofa bed, balcony with table and chairs, family bathroom and 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and en-suite shower room and the second has twin beds.
