to the highest standards. 3 Beds, 2 Baths, 2 Lounges. Cable TV's,
VCR/DVD,Games consoles, Games room with pool, air hockey, foosball etc, Hi-Fi's, Safe, Spa Bath, fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
A/C throughout plus ceiling fans in all main rooms.
Large,south facing, heated pool with luxury patio furniture.
Lanai with BBQ. All linen, towels, etc. provided.Within minutes of shops, amenities and local attractions. Community pool and Tennis court on resort.
Our villa is in the residential area of Kissimmee called Doral Woods
and sits on a third of an acre of land and has lemon, orange and grapefruit trees which you are welcome to taste.
It is a peaceful single family area with walkways and is close to all the theme parks.
This luxury villa consists of:-
Pool - 30 feet x 18 feet private, south facing, screened, free solar and
optional electric (small charge for this) heated pool with large sun deck.
Luxury table, chairs and sun loungers. It has a covered Lanai with fan and light.
Pool and Garden area can be floodlit at night for
that warm evening swim.
Family Room 1 - Two leather sofas combined into 1 corner unit seating 6. 2 seats recline. 32 inch Cable TV + VCR/DVD, Videos/DVD's
included. Access to pool.
Living Room - Two seater sofa, three seater sofa, CD/Cassette/Radio music system. The 3 seater sofa is a queen size bed settee.
Master Bedroom - King Size bed, Cable T.V/DVD, En-suite bathroom (see bathroom descriptions). Illuminated/mirrored bed head, dresser, vanity chair. Walk-in closet with Safe. Ceiling fan/light. Radio
alarm, telephone.
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds.
Twin beds with Cable T.V/DVD, PS2 Games console, bedside table/lamp, dresser, vanity chair. Hi-Fi unit. Double door closet. Ceiling
fan/light.
Bedroom 3 - 2 Singles beds.
Twin beds with Cable T.V/DVD, Nintendo games conole , bedside table/lamp, dresser, vanity chair. Double door closet. Ceiling fan/light.
Kitchen - Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. Dish washer, coffee maker, juicer and toaster. Luxury kitchen with breakfast bar, double sink/waste disposal unit, electric kettle, juicer.
All crockery and cutlery supplied.
Breakfast Area - Seats 6
Breakfast nook with washed Oak dining table and 4 chairs. Two additional stools at kitchen bar.
Dinning Room - Seats 6
American washed Oak table with matching dining chairs and display cabinets and view out to pool area.
En-suit bathroom - Spa Bath, Walk-in shower, hair dryer, toilet ,double illuminated
vanity unit. Access to pool area.
Guest bathroom - Bath, Shower, hair dryer, toilet
Standard bath with shower, toilet, illuminated vanity unit. Between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Laundry Room - Washing machine, seperate dryer, iron, ironing board
Separate utility room for laundry. Also provides internal access to double garage.
Double garage - games room with pool table, foosball,
air hockey and electronic dart board.
All towels and linen included.Constant hot water throughout the day.
This house is fully air conditioned and has roof fans in every room
to help circulate the cool air. You can relax and be comfortable in "Our Castle in the Sun"
