As you drive through the coded gates you will notice how beautifully kept everything is with a tree-lined avenue & well maintained flower borders. Weston Hills is very quiet with a high proportion of residential, rather than solely vacation homes.

The fabulous 30 x 15 ft pool sits sparkling in the sunshine, with a spectacular background of trees and tropical planting. Unusually, the pool is heated by both gas AND electric heat pump. This means that even when the temperatures really drop (which is possible in the winter months), you will ALWAYS have the Spa quickly available and heated to 102 degrees. Pool Heating is optional May-September, but highly recommended.
The very private, extra-large south and west facing deck gives you the benefit of enjoying maximum sun AND the spectacular Florida sunsets. Screening and planting ensure privacy. If you need to escape the sun’s rays, the large lanai provides plenty of cover & has a ceiling fan for extra cooling. This is a fabulous place to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner.
